After different teas searches over many years- THIS is a GEM that we have been to a few times now-and-right HERE in Vancouver! You WILL find 100's of super quality teas-green, black, Irish, Scottish, English, herbal, soothing, healing, wonderful scents, and flavours-NO doubts We met 4 great staff-Sabrina-owner, Fionn, Rachel and Nathan- ALL had WONDERful, immediate products knowledge for us, and gave us great tips on flavours, steeping suggestions, etc. (Instructions ARE written on packaging labels too-in case you forget!) “ Last time I was there, I asked for an extra bag of one of my favourites, and the stock ran out when that extra bag was still a little spoonful short. They took care to reduce the regular price by a corresponding amount. Of course that's only the right thing to do, but not every place just does the right thing automatically. Here, they do. Really good tea (and nice teapots and other tea stuff). The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is organized and looks nice. What more could a person ask for? Note that Maps has some false information: This business in fact has no website, and the one that's listed leads to a domain squatter. You can order by phone though. ”
